What if I don’t like the design?
Then we refine it together. You see every screen before production code is written, and we work through your feedback during the design stage. Nothing gets built on a design you haven’t approved.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do, entirely, from day one. The code repository, hosting, store accounts and domain are registered in your name, and ownership is written into the contract. You’re free to work with any developer in the future.
What are the ongoing running costs?
We itemise hosting, domains, store fees and any usage-based services in your quote. Costs depend on your product and traffic, and we estimate them for your expected usage before you commit.
Can I start small and expand later?
Absolutely. Launch the core feature your business needs first, then build on real customer feedback. We plan the foundations so the next phase adds to your product rather than requiring a rebuild.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes. After that, we can quote changes at a fixed price or arrange ongoing support. Because you own the code and accounts, you’re also free to take it from there.
How do payments work?
The price and payment schedule are agreed in writing before we begin. We use milestone payments, and larger builds can be spread over 12 months so you can plan around your cash flow.
